Biography

Formerly at Manhattan College, where he taught at both the graduate and undergraduate levels, Patrick Jeffers’s, assistant professor of logistics, research interests are in the areas of IT-based strategy in supply chains and logistics; supply chain management adaptations in developing microstate economies; e-commerce in an urban, multi-channel environment; and sustainability and IT business strategy. His research has been published in Decision Sciences Journal, Journal of Global Information Technology Management, International Journal of Operations and Production Management and IEEE Transactions on Professional Communication. Patrick is a member of the AMCIS, DSI, and APICS and is currently working toward CPIM certification.
