Since 2001, Georgia Southern has offered its MBA online. Asynchronous, team-based, fully accredited and proven, the program boasts national recognition for high student satisfaction and graduation rates. Students complete their fixed 30-credit hour curriculum in a more time and location independent format in about 21 months.
Designed specifically for working professionals, students in the Savannah program take classes as a cohort, typically two evenings per week, and can complete the program in less than 15 months. Participants have full access to Georgia Southern computing, library, and career services.
Statesboro students enjoy a full college campus experience within a part-time format suited to fully-employed locals and well-qualified pre-professionals. Taking advantage of other colleges on campus, the Statesboro program offers students additional elective, scheduling, and financial assistance options.
The Master of Accounting (MAcc) degree allows students to continue their specialized studies of the discipline. Many students who earn their MAcc degree seek careers as Certified Public Accountants (CPAs).
The WebMAcc is a 30-semester hour program with 100% of the course work being delivered online. The program follows a cohort model with intakes in the Fall and Spring semesters. To help ensure our students’ success and to help them stay on track in the program, we use a team-based approach to online learning.
Our Online Master of Science in Applied Economics (MSAE) program objective is to provide graduates with analytical capabilities in economic development, financial economics, and regulatory issues.
The main objective of the Ph.D. program is to train students for both advanced practice and academic positions with a broader goal of ameliorating the shortage of Georgia residents trained in logistics and materials management. These areas lie at the core of supply chain management.
