Welcome from the Department Chair

The BBA Degree with majors in Management, Marketing or Logistics is designed to provide both entry-level competence to make sound independent judgments and build a foundation for career development. The type of student served by the program is pursuing a career in business (consumer or industrial), logistics and transportation, government, not-for-profit organizations or owning their own business. Some are preparing for further study in graduate programs in business or other disciplines.

The Department of Management, Marketing and Logistics seeks the following outcomes from our undergraduate programs:

• To increase the student’s understanding of their field of study, ethical issues related to business decisions and global business perspectives.
• To increase the student’s problem-solving abilities, communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• To appreciate the uncertainties of everyday life and the need for life-long leaning.
