Mike McDonald
is the Director of Graduate Studies in the College of Business
Administration. He is The Dixie Crystals Professor of Business.
Dr. McDonald is involved in research and consulting work related
to management and employee development, organizational development,
and employee relations. He serves on various committees on
campus. Dr. McDonald joined the faculty in 1987.
