Student Organizations

Organizations sponsored by the Department of Management, Marketing and Logistics are available to students majoring business disciplines as well as many outside of COBA. The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) is targeted towards students with an interest in personnel administration, Alpha Mu Alpha, a national marketing honorary fraternity and The American Marketing Association (AMA) focus on students with an interest in marketing. Delta Nu Alpha (DNA) is aimed at those students interested in logistics and intermodal transportation. These organizations, along with the Delta Sigma Pi () business fraternity enable students to round out their management education, become actively involved in professional development activities, and to gain leadership and administrative skills in a variety of officer roles. In addition, management and marketing scholars are regularly tapped for membership in Beta Gamma Sigma, the business honor society, and the Phi Kappa Phi national honor society.
