Career ServicesNumerous national, regional, and local firms and organizations interview on the Georgia Southern campus. Job opportunities are also listed through Career Services. Students may also receive help in writing their resumes and organizing their job searches. Coba has a satellite office of Career Services, located in Room 3336. Georgia Southern graduates hold positions in such companies as Nestle, Sears Roebuck, J. Walter Thompson (advertising agency), Proctor and Gamble, IBM, Pfizer, Enterprise, Southeastern Freight Lines, C.H. Robinson and Delta Airlines to name a few. Department faculty and Career Services work closely with graduates to help them find positions in their field of study. The LIT program hosts a career fair each semester for majors in that program.
