Undergraduate Degree Deferral

If you are a student that is completing the BBA in Accounting at Georgia Southern University and plan to continue your education through our MAcc program, the degree deferral may be an option for you. The Georgia HOPE scholarship will cover up to 150 hours of college education when an eligible student is enrolled in an undergraduate degree program that is more than 127 semester hours.

Thanks to this degree deferral option, GSU undergraduate students may complete the MAcc course requirements as part of their undergraduate program of study, after which they will receive both the BBA and MAcc degrees.
