Senior Privilege

The School of Accountancy will allow students pursuing a BBA and a MAcc degree in Accounting to take Graduate level courses within the last semester of their Senior year if the student is within nine semester hours of completing the requirements for the bachelor's degree, and if he/she is accepted for Senior Privilege. To be approved for Senior Privilege, the student must meet the following requirements:

1. The applicant completes the "Request to Enroll in Courses for Graduate Credit" form.
2. The applicant is otherwise qualified for regular admission to a graduate degree program except for the completion of the undergraduate degree.
3.

Permission to enroll in graduate courses is obtained from the Graduate Program Director for the graduate major in which graduate study is requested, the Department Chair and the Associate Dean in the College of Graduate Studies.

4. The total term load does not exceed fifteen fours, with no more than nine hours of graduate credit.

To apply for Senior Privilege, please come by the School of Accountancy offce within the College of Business Administration Building and pick up the proper form.
