of Accounting
The Master of Accounting (MAcc)
program at Georgia Southern University focuses on the knowledge and skills
you will need for accounting and financial positions in today's constantly
changing business environment. Our program is designed to give you an
in-depth understanding of selected areas of accounting and business. The
program has other important features as well:

- Our 30-semester hour MAcc program can be completed

- Meets Georgia’s 150-hour requirement
- To be licensed as a CPA in the State of Georgia,
you must have completed 150 semester hours of education, including
a baccalaureate degree in accounting. One way to meet these requirements
is to earn a master's degree in accounting from an AACSB-accredited
program like ours.
