Master of Accounting

The Master of Accounting (MAcc) program at Georgia Southern University focuses on the knowledge and skills you will need for accounting and financial positions in today's constantly changing business environment. Our program is designed to give you an in-depth understanding of selected areas of accounting and business. The program has other important features as well:

  • To be licensed as a CPA in the State of Georgia, you must have completed 150 semester hours of education, including a baccalaureate degree in accounting. One way to meet these requirements is to earn a master's degree in accounting from an AACSB-accredited program like ours.
• Prepares students for the CPA Exam
  • Students complete the BISK CPA Exam Review course as part of the MAcc program virtually ensuring their successful performance on the CPA Exam.
