Mrs. Abbie Gail Parham
Assistant Professor of Accounting

Abbie Gail Parham, MBA,CPA,CMA,CFM received a BBA in Accounting from Georgia Southern University in 1984 and received a MBA from Georgia Southern University in 1988. Mrs. Parham received her CPA license from the state of Georgia in 1985, received the CMA certification from the Institute of Management Accountants in 1996, and received the CFM certification from the Institute of Management Accountants in 2001. Prior to becoming a member of the accounting faculty at Georgia Southern in 1990, she was employed as a staff accountant at a local CPA firm and as a Controller of a large manufacturing company in her home town. She serves as Secretary of the Georgia Southern Chapter of Phi Kappa Phi, Vice President of Education and Director of Communication for the Savannah Chapter of the Institute of Management Accountants. Mrs. Parham is also a member of several other business and professional organizations.
