David Callaway retired from the position of Head of Auditing and Review at HQMC after 25 years in August of 2003, concluding 35 years of combined service with the Navy, Air Force and Marine Corps. In recognition of Mr. Callaway’s career achievements in auditing and financial management, the Secretary of the Navy awarded him the Department of the Navy’s Distinguished Civilian Service Medal.

Currently, Don is an independent consultant with ReMilNet, LLC, which provides consulting services to the U.S. Military. He also maintains a family farm near Moultrie.

Don is a native of Albany, GA, and is married to the former JoAnn Walden of Moultrie. They have two married daughters and two grandsons.
