FabLab

The Digital Fabrication Laboratory (FabLab) at BIG is bustling with innovation! The only thing missing is your idea or project.

What is a FabLab? The concept, made popular by MIT professor Neil Gershenfeld, is a way to bring fabrication and prototyping to the masses in a cost effective way.

Think of the FabLab as a gym for inventors, tinkerers, and makers. We have all the equipment you need to flex your creative mind and bring ideas to life.

What equipment?

  • 3D printers
  • Laser Etcher/Engraver/Cutter
  • 4×8 CNC Router
  • Table Saw
  • Band Saw
  • Disk/Belt Sander
  • Drill Press
  • Miter Saw
  • Assortment of power and hand tools
  • Soldering station
